Meet MISSY MORITZ! Missy’s main squeeze is Paul, together they have 3 amazing kids plus their Niece who is just like a daughter!
Missy is most inspired by genuinely “good people” and of course her Mom. Her Mom has always inspired her, and continually encourages her, to “rise to the occasion” throughout her life.
Missy likes living in our area because Bismarck/Mandan is a strong community with a whole lot of heart. She loves knowing that people look out for each other and the river is her happy place…her heart beats for the beloved “big muddy”.
Real estate has always piqued her interest. When Missy was 13 she started helping her family work on renovating properties. In her adult years, she dabbled with her own “for sale by owner” transactions and enjoyed the process which led to her becoming a professional REALTOR®. She loves the personal connections she makes with clients and matching the right person with the right home.
Missy is an active volunteer with projects that promote advocacy & inclusion within our community. She likes to model to her children that they can “be the change”. Some groups include: Designer Genes of North Dakota, Sanford Health Foundation Great American Bike Race, ND Autism Connection, Special Olympics North Dakota, and Bismarck-Mandan Salvation Army.
When not working, Missy enjoys spending time with family. Her daughter is a competitive dancer, so many weekends are spent as a “dance mom”. She also loves to sleep in and do projects around the house. Summer is especially fun…every weekend must involve water, whether it’s on the lake or at the river…that’s where the Moritz family will be found!
