Meet KIM OLSON! Kim’s partner in crime is Dennis and together they have 2 remarkable kids.
Years ago, Dennis was a REALTOR® with Bianco Realty. Kim loved listening to Dennis's Real Estate stories and hearing about how excited people would get when they purchased their first home, so she decided to become a REALTOR®...now Kim has been going at it strong…enjoying every minute of Real Estate since 2007!
Kim is most inspired by her Dad. He is the hardest working, most honorable person she's ever known. He taught her to never give up and never be afraid to get her hands dirty. He also showed her that success is not measured by the amount of money you make, but by the lasting impressions you leave and how you impact your kids grandkids and future generations to come. Kim aspires to be like her Mom. She has a true heart of gold and is the kindest, most patient person ever! When times are stressful, Kim tends to get hard-nosed and a little tough, so she looks to her Mom. She wears her heart on her sleeve and shows so much love. She has set the bar very high, but Kim strives to be the woman her Mom is. Kim says, “Both my parents are true heroes, especially after raising 3 girls!”
When Kim is not working, she's cleaning her house, getting her kids together for a BBQ and game night, camping, fishing, hunting, playing basketball, watching basketball (die hard Minnesota Timberwolves fan) and watching football (huge Minnesota Vikings fan). Any other spare time is spent helping work at tournaments for traveling basketball, fundraising for High School sports or helping out with various Church events.

FUN FACTS: Kim wanted to be a Garbage Man when she was a kid. As she got older she wanted to be in the WNBA. Now, as well as a REALTOR®, Kim is a Nurse! One of the first vehicles she drove was a combine. She loves to laugh, have fun, play jokes and pick on everyone…including herself! If a family member does not answer a phone call, she’ll sing to them on their voicemail! She does NOT like ranch dressing!
